Go for a run, ride a bike as fast as the wind on curvy dirt roads or work out in our gym, with or without a personal trainer.

Clay pigeon shooting
Try shooting clay pigeon with a shotgun. No previous experience is required. Recommended for 5-10 people.

Take an excursion on the beautiful waters of the North Sea. We have two canoes and a rowing boat. You can easily buy fishing licenses online at Sveaskog.
The long asphalt ride
Take the long asphalt tour that takes you 7.4 miles to Färna via Gunnilbo and further south along one of the county's most beautiful lakes.
Färna’s quiz walk
Quiz walk now with children's questions! The loop is approximately 2.5 km and stretches through lush greenery and offers a nice view.
Forest bath
Being "one with nature" has good effects on a person's physical and mental health. Try forest bathing!
Mountain biking
The four rounds, which are between 2.4 and 5.8 km, are also suitable for slightly tougher walking and running.
