Natural ingredients are the basics of all our cooking. To help us, we have our local farmers, the forests of Bergslagen and our own kitchen garden. The restaurant is KRAV labeled, slow food inspired and selected by Chaine des Rotisseurs, White Guide and by the end of 2023 by 360°Eat Guide.

Just like our food ingredients, our drinks follow the seasons and are carefully selected. We love the personal relationships with the small-scale wineries, the family-owned wineries where we have been on site and learned about their work, history and products.
