Färna and the food
Natural ingredients are the basics of all our cooking. To help us, we have our local farmers, the forests of Bergslagen and our own kitchen garden. The restaurant is KRAV-certified and inspired by the Slow Food philosophy, which means we value sustainability, quality, and authentic flavors. All our bread is baked in our own bakery.
