Natural ingredients are the basis of all our cooking. To help us, we have our local farmers, the forests of Bergslagen and our own kitchen garden. The restaurant is KRAV-certified, slow food-inspired and selected by Chaine des Rotisseurs and White Guide.

Just like our food ingredients, our drinks follow the seasons and are carefully selected. We love the personal relationships with the small-scale wineries, the family-owned wineries where we have been on site and learned about their work, history and products.
