There are no buffets here – instead, each dish is served at the table with elegance, care and flair. Inspired by the winter pantry, the menu is transformed into a journey of taste where each serving is as much a work of art as a meal.

New Year’s Eve at Färna Herrgård – Two days of taste, tranquility and festive magic
Celebrate the New Year in style – in a historic manor house environment surrounded by the winter-clad silence of the Bergslag forest. Our New Year’s package at Färna Herrgård is more than a stay – it is an experience for all the senses.
You check in to the tranquillity and have direct access to our spa with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and rest rooms – a place for total relaxation. The evening begins with a three-course dinner in our manor restaurant, where local ingredients are transformed into culinary highlights.
New Year’s Eve begins with a generous breakfast, followed by a day in the spa’s soothing environment. A warming soup lunch is served during the day, and in the evening, pre-drinks and canapés await before you settle down for a five-course New Year’s Eve soup with wine packages – a taste journey that leads you to midnight.
After midnight, you’ll round off the evening with coffee, drinks and snacks before falling asleep feeling like you’ve ended the year on a high note. As the morning dawns behind frosty windows, you wake up to a new year – with memories of a New Year you will never forget.
