The Färnak kitchen is award-winning and here we cook with respect for the natural raw material. To help us, we have our local farmers, the forests of Bergslagen and our own kitchen garden. Each season has its own identity and is clearly reflected in the menu and in our pastries. The restaurant is KRAV-labeled and selected by both the Chaine des Rotisseurs and the White Guide. In Färnaköket there is a wond erful atmosphere and you get to work in one of Västmanland’s most beautiful workplaces!
About the service
We are looking for someone with experience/training in baking. We bake everything from scratch with a focus on local ingredients in season. You enjoy working both independently and in a group and are service-oriented, strong-willed and ready to give that little extra in your work. You like to be one step ahead and plan your work carefully.
B driver’s license is required.
